1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 7000b ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of our website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To create and use a 7000b account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7000b strictly enforces a 21+ age restriction in compliance with responsible gaming standards applicable to our Bangladesh player base.
• You must be a legal resident or national of Bangladesh and accessing the platform from within Bangladesh, or a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited.
• You must not be registered or employed by 7000b or any affiliate, subsidiary, or partner of 7000b in any capacity that would create a conflict of interest.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent for any third party. Proxy registration is strictly prohibited.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently banned account on the 7000b platform.

7000b may request documentation to verify your age, identity, or location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the stipulated time frame may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 7000b platform. Duplicate accounts will be immediately closed and any associated balances or bonuses may be voided without notice. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Choose a strong, unique password and do not share your account credentials with anyone.
• Notify 7000b immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting [email protected].
• 7000b uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your data and transactions.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy review and administrative fees may apply.

7000b is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where reasonable security measures were not followed on your part.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

7000b supports deposits and withdrawals via popular Bangladeshi payment channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as Visa and Mastercard where applicable. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit (same-source rule) unless otherwise agreed by 7000b's support team.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks.
• 7000b reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

All financial transactions are protected using SSL-grade encryption. 7000b does not store full card or mobile wallet credentials on its servers beyond what is necessary for transaction processing.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

7000b periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited only after the qualifying deposit has cleared and may require an opt-in or promotional code.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover). The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement before expiry results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonuses may only be used for betting on designated games or sports markets as specified per offer. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are disclosed in promotion details.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
• 7000b reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reclaim any bonus that was granted in error or obtained through fraudulent means, at its sole discretion.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of launch.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7000b platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and possible legal action:

• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage in games or promotions.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or sharing account access to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources. All deposits must originate from legally held funds in the player's own name.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game to generate winnings. Any winnings derived from a known exploit must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward 7000b staff or other players via any communication channel.

7000b employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with relevant authorities in cases involving financial crime, money laundering, or underage gambling. We take our duty of care to all players and the wider community very seriously.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7000b platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, text, design elements, software, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7000b or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written permission of 7000b. Unauthorized use of 7000b's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in civil or criminal liability.

11. Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the 7000b platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
